2 slices brioche
¼ cup shredded gruyere cheese
¼ cup shredded fontina cheese
½ tsp of Vines & Branches White Truffle Oil
Vines & Branches Black Truffle Sea Salt
2 tsp Vines & Branches Organic Butter Olive Oil
- Mix together the gruyere and fontina cheese, split in half.
- Top each of the slices of brioche with half of the cheese mixture, drizzle with truffle oil.
- Close up the sandwich, and sprinkle the bread with the butter olive oil and season with black truffle sea salt.
- Griddle on medium heat until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
Makes 1 grilled cheese sandwich.
