TartufLanghe’s name derives from the mind of Domenica Bertolusso(one of the founders). She joined the Italian word for truffle (tartufo) with the name of its origin territory, the Langhe area.
N. 19 Tartufo was the first truffle pasta ever produced. Entirely produced by hand, it has an extraordinary texture. The tagliatelle is very fragrant and has a wonderfully earthy taste. The high percentage of egg in this pasta further enhances the black truffle.
