Have this bubbly, smokey sandwich for lunch, as an appetizer or snack.Ingredients: 2 each English Muffins, packaged2 Tbsp Butter¼ cup Smokey Onion Mustard4 slices Ripe Tomatoes4 slices Sharp Cheddar Cheese8 slices Cooked bacon, optionalDirections: Preheat oven to broil. Butter each English muffin. Spread each with one tablespoon of Terrapin Ridge Farms Smokey Onion Mustard. Place a slice of tomato on each. Top each with a slice of cheddar cheese. Place sandwiches on baking sheet and broil five inches from heat for four minutes or until cheese melts and is bubbly. Makes 4 sandwiches.
