Ingredients: 4 oz Terrapin Ridge Farms Everything Aioli2 Chicken Sausages, chopped1 lb Farfalle Pasta1 8 oz Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Ball1/4 cup Kalamata Olives, chopped1/4 cup Fire Roasted Tomatoes, chopped1/4 Red onion, diced1/4 cup Castelvetrano Olives, chopped2 stalks Celery, chopped 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped1 large Carrot, chopped2 tbsp Parsley, chopped1/4 cup Garbanzo beans, rinsed1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar1 tsp Salt1 tsp PepperDirections: Cook the pasta and sausages according to their packages. Meanwhile, chop the mozzarella, olives, tomatoes, onion, celery, pepper, carrot, and parsley. Set aside. Rinse the garbanzo beans. Set aside. Once the pasta and sausages are cooled, toss all of the ingredients with the Terrapin Ridge Farms Everything Aioli, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper. Chill the pasta salad for at least a half hour prior to serving. Add more aioli after chilling if necessary.
