Cran-Pear Ginger GimletMakes 4 cocktails1 cup fresh cranberries1/4 cup cranberry pear white balsamic2 tablespoons Persian Lime Olive Oil1/4 granulated sugar10oz Gin (of choice)2 oz fresh lime4 oz ginger beerPreheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss cranberries with Persian Lime oil and spread evenly on baking sheet. Roast until cranberries swell and burst, about 5-7 mins.Remove from oven and set aside to cool. Combine cranberry pear white balsamic and sugar in small saucepan over medium heat.
